Eurovision 2018: The Reviews – CZECH REPUBLIC

Featured Video Play Icon

Lie To Me (Mikolas Josef)

BACKGROUND
True story: Josef was cloned using 50% Ed Sheeran’s genes and 50% Justin Timberlake’s. (Editor’s note: That is not ture). He turned down the chance to represent the Czech Republic last year because he thought the song, the sublime My Turn, didn’t suit him. That was a good call – this awful song suits him far better.

OFFICIAL VIDEO
It’s like someone said “What is all the hispter/douchebag stuff in the world” then filmed it.

EUROTRASHTIC LYRICS

She rocking high heels Prada, her face like Madonna

No 22-year old boy is lusting after a woman with the face of 59-year old Madonna.

REVIEW
That trombone. The trying-too-hard-to-be-sexy lyrics. Those suspenders. If this song had a throat, I would punch it there.
